Shipping Information:Once your order is received it will be shipped from our warehouse in Parksville, British Columbia, Canada within 7-10 business days of receiving cleared payment.
The cost of shipping is added to your order at the time of check-out.
All orders use standard shipping delivery via UPS with insurance added to the total.
Shipments sent outside of Canada may be subject to Customs charges; sorry, we have no control over this.
Return Information:At BC Ponds, we stand beind every product that we sell. We 100% guarantee the products to be as shown and described. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. You can return or exchange any item in its original condition unopened with the seal in tact, to the address below within 7 days of the date of shipment for a full refund or an exchange. Please note the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
